This Privacy Policy explains how NxtSeed, a product of TechFides ("NxtSeed," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nxtseed.com and related pages (the "Site"). We built NxtSeed on the principle that your data is yours. We collect as little as possible and never sell it.

When you contact us, request a demo, or book a call, you may share your name, email address, company, and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs for security and reliability. The Site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share this data with advertisers.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the demo or call you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To send information you ask for, and — only if you opt in — occasional updates you may unsubscribe from at any time.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and communications — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider — and only as needed to perform those services. We treat information shared with us by prospects and clients — including business details discussed during a demo or call — as confidential, and we use it only to serve you. We do not disclose it to third parties except as described in this policy or with your permission.
5. Cookies
The Site uses only the minimal cookies required for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to you, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. 9. International visitors
NxtSeed is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.
10. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
